What is a circle? As per sacred geometry, a circle represents wholeness; oneness. A circle recognises its parts, but is more than the sum of the parts offering holding to all that is inside it.
With The Holding Circle, a session facilitated by Expressive Arts therapist Nidhi Khurana, we aim to create a safe healing space where we pause from the hustle-bustle of life, reflect, share stories and create together. Drawing from the principles of Expressive Arts Therapy, we use the power of arts to connect with all aspects of us – body, thoughts and emotion. The Holding Circle will explore Art for Thought – a collection of reflective exercises paired with images from the MAP and Wellcome collections.
The session is open to individuals of 16 years and above. All materials will be provided.
Limited seats available.
This event is fully booked.
